Last week I visited friends in Mesa and had a great time. Part of that great time is that I went on a hike with a Hike in Phoenix guide. Someone had told me about Hike in Phoenix and at first I didn’t see the necessity of using a guide, figuring I’d just be walking up a mountain. Well, am I glad that I took the advice and went with a guide. He knew which way to turn on the trails, pointed out wildlife & nature, taught me some Native American history and advised me to drink water regularly to keep hydrated. Having a guide made the hike much more enjoyable and much safer. I highly recommend it.
